What is MTF ENTech Ventures?
MTF ENTech Ventures generates business development opportunities -- including joint development, licensing and start-ups -- that will bring innovative technologies to market. Its mission is to bring to market new technologies that have practical, market application, through capital partnerships with individuals and companies.  

Why was MTF ENTech Ventures created?
While nearly all technologies being developed at MTF ENTech Ventures contribute to MTF Enterprises, LLC's product and service strategies, some technologies developed have implications beyond MTF Enterprises' products and services, or are appropriate for products or markets that fall outside MTF Enterprises' business strategy. To leverage such opportunities, MTF Enterprises MTF ENTech Ventures that would focus on business development of intellectual property developed at ENTech or with other entities.

Where is MTF ENTech Ventures located?
MTF ENTech Ventures is located at 1608 Carson St., in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our headquarters are on the same campus as MTF Enterprises, LLC.

Who is in charge of MTF ENTech Ventures?
Craig Thomas is the leader of MTF ENTech Ventures. He created the organization to commercialize innovations and technologies developed at MTF Enterprises, LLC. Mr. Thomas served as chief information officer at Equapoise, Inc. from 1997 - 2003.

Prior to his leadership at MTF ENTech Ventures, Dr. Clemens held executive positions with other premier research organizations including Paragon, CDG Inc, and SeaNyk InterActive.  

Does MTF ENTech Ventures develop its own intellectual property?
Technologies and intellectual property offered through MTF ENTech Ventures are developed by the technical experts in one of the premier research and development facilities in the United States. These technologies are backed by the brand strength and technical expertise from MTF ENTech Ventures' parent company, MTF Enterprises, and by the reputation of ENTech for its applied research that is designed into real products currently in demand.

Who are MTF ENTech Ventures' partners?
MTF ENTech Ventures works with any organization that is looking to develop or improve next-generation products or technologies, or to create a new company around an innovative technology we have developed. Some of our partners include OEMs, software and hardware technology companies, government agencies, venture firms, and others.
